JewelMint: here's what Kate Bosworth thinks I should wear...

...& and I think I agree with her. Has anybody visited JewelMint, the interactive jewelry site created by actress Kate Bosworth & stylist Cher Coulter, yet? Well, I am kinda digging it.

First, I am a fan of Bosworth's style (see?). Also, I really like the style quiz that breaks down your style so that the sight can recommend pieces for you. Above is what JewelMint recommended for me. Love! What's more? All pieces (including the above necklace) cost $29.99 for members.

so lovely

Aren't these birch & gold necklaces from the Sadie shop on Etsy to die for? The price for each, $32, is pretty to die for, too.

my fall so far: flowers & the fair

...just a few pretties from my fall, thus far...
I thought I would share some photos (above) that I snapped at Duke Gardens last month. The leaves were not quite as vibrant then as they were last year, but I thought the flowers were too pretty not to share. I also went to the fair last month. And the sky was just beautiful. I love autumn skies here, by the way.

I took tons of photos of the Ferris wheels. I think they are so lovely. Thing is...I'm so afraid of them. I made the boyfriend sit completely still during our ride. While I squealed & panicked. Was fun[ny].

Bold & Noble prints

OK, so I don't know what I like most about these Bold & Noble prints...maybe that you can choose your colors. Or that all of their products are made from 100% recycled materials. Love that.
Oh, & when they aren't making awesome prints, Bold & Noble designs awesome work for their clients. See:

Anyway, I obviously think you should check out the Bold & Noble site, like, as soon as possible. And ps: if you're looking for the perfect print for a nursery, they have you covered. Not too sweet or cheesy.

DIY Jewely Inspiration: New Arrivals at Anthropologie

My ebay Watch List

I'm currently drooling over these bad boys....
{Red Chenille Arm Chairs}

{Faux Bamboo King Size Headboard}

{Set of 4 Designer Lucite chairs}

Those red chairs! Mid-century & so happy....I want them bad. And that headboard! There's something so delicate about the pattern, but it's wrought iron & study & fabulous. And those 4 chairs! So Palm Beach. So chic. I can barely stand it. Oh, ebay, you kill me!

Twig Hutchinson's site: my new favorite place

Since stumbling on the Twig Hutchinson site (via English Muse), I have become a bit obsessed. Hutchinson, an interior & prop stylish, has the most dreamy site. If you love lovely things & endless inspiration, you will adore this site. I promise.

Mondo makes me happy

Anyone see the Project Runway finale this week? Mondo's show made me so so happy. First, I love that crazy print that kind of reminds me of a tacky winter sweater Carl might have worn on Family Matters. Except it's a legging here. And it works!

I'm also mad about that wickedly intricate skull top in the top photo & the necklace in the bottom. I have a similar 1. It's all wood. From my great-grandmother's jewelry box. Man, I sure do hope Mondo goes far. And that I can wear some of his pretties someday soon!

Happy Halloween!

So, I know, I have been a bit of a delinquent blogger as of late. Sorry. Been busy making things. Baking things, etc. I'll post more on that soon. But, in the meantime, just wanted to drop in & wish everyone in blogland a happy Halloween! I got all of these [amazing] images from the Rococo Vintage blog. Which I miss, btw. Sorely. See credits below.
